Description Volkswagen Caravelle

Volkswagen Caravelle (T6) - Passenger version of the sixth generation VW Transporter. The minibus is produced in two versions: with a standard and long wheelbase, while in both cases, depending on the chosen configuration, the cabin can have from five to nine seats. The long-wheelbase body accommodates a fourth row of seats or an enlarged trunk.

On one 80-liter tank, Caravelle drives up to 1300 km on the highway. The car is offered with turbodiesel 2.0-liter TDI engines with a capacity of 102, 140 and 180 hp. They are prepared for operation in countries with a cold climate, and are equipped with an additional coolant heater for faster warm-up. A 102-horsepower engine is combined with a 5-speed “mechanics”, a 140-horsepower engine is combined with a 6-speed “mechanics” and a 7-band DSG “robot”, and a 180-horsepower engine is only with a seven-speed DSG. In addition, the most productive turbodiesel is installed on an all-wheel drive vehicle with a 4MOTION system. For some countries, petrol mono- and all-wheel drive versions are also provided.
