Volkswagen Cross Touran - five-seater minivan. As an option, you can order an additional two seats, thus turning the car into a seven-seater. Despite the Cross prefix in the name and the plastic body kit typical for SUVs, the model is front-wheel drive. All-wheel drive system for Cross Touran is not provided. But compared to the usual Volkswagen Touran the crossover modification has a 20 mm increase in ground clearance, due to which the ground clearance is 170 mm. Also standard equipment includes an electronic differential lock, which automatically redistributes traction between the drive wheels.

As a power plant in Ukraine, a turbocharged gasoline four-cylinder TSI engine with a volume of 1.4 liters is offered, the power of which is 140 hp. The maximum torque is available from 1,500 rpm and is 220 Nm. The engine can be paired with a six-speed "mechanics" or a seven-speed "robot" DSG.

Like many other minivans, the Volkswagen Cross Touran is positioned as a family car, in which owners will find convenient cup holders, door pockets that fit 1-liter bottles, as well as many other niches for luggage. Thanks to the reclining backrest of the front passenger seat, you can increase not only the storm space in the cabin, but also build a small table.

Volkswagen Cross Touran is equipped as standard with six airbags, ESP electronic stabilization system, ABS anti-lock brakes, ASR traction control, anti-recoil system, cruise control, climate control, four-speaker audio system, fog lights.

Serial production of the Volkswagen Cross Touran has been launched in Germany.
