Volkswagen Golf 3dr - presented at the Paris Motor Show in 2008, the sixth generation of the front-wheel drive C-class hatchback. The basic modification is a three-door, but there is also five-door variant. In September 2012, the company introduced a new Volkswagen Golf II, therefore, the production of the sixth generation was stopped and now the remains of cars are offered on the market.
In Ukraine, for the time being, it is possible to choose a car with both a gasoline and a diesel engine. Since the car will soon leave the primary market, the availability of cars should be checked in Volkswagen showrooms. Possible transmissions are manual or robotic DSG dual clutch transmissions.
If we take into account the three-door version of the model, then there are simply no direct competitors for Golf on the Ukrainian market. After all, such popular hatchbacks as Citroen C4, Ford Focus, KIA cee'd, Honda Civic, Mazda3 And Toyota Auris currently offered only in five-door bodies.
Since 1974, when the first generation of the model appeared, the Volkswagen Golf has become the benchmark in its class. Over the past years, the car has been the best-selling car in Europe. In addition to the usual "civilian" versions, the sixth Golf also has "charged" modifications - a front-wheel drive 210-horsepower Volkswagen Golf GTI and all-wheel drive 270-horsepower Golf R.
The sixth generation of the Volkswagen Golf was produced in Germany.
