Volkswagen Passat Alltrack - all-wheel drive modification of the Passat station wagon, first introduced in 2011. With this car, Volkswagen decided to fill the gap between the brand's regular models and crossovers. In fact, the Volkswagen Passat Alltrack is a competitor to such cars as Audi A4 Allroad, Subaru Outback And Volvo XC70.
Externally from the standard station wagon Passat Variant the off-road version is distinguished by bumper protection, plastic lining on the wheel arches, as well as increased ground clearance to 165 mm. But the interior almost completely repeats the interior decoration of the platform. Due to the all-wheel drive system, the luggage compartment had to be sacrificed a little, the volume of which turned out to be not 603, but 588 liters.
The first deliveries of the Volkswagen Passat Alltrack to Ukraine began in 2012. The model on our market is presented in the only top-end configuration, including dual-zone climate control, hill / descent assistance, road stability, differential lock, traction control, stabilization when driving with a trailer, electronic parking brake, engine protection, improved seats, CD / MP3 radio with four speakers. In addition, a wide list of additional equipment is offered for the model, thanks to which everyone can add exactly those options to the car that they really need.
The engine is a 2.0 TSI petrol, whose power is 210 hp, and the maximum torque is 280 Nm at 1,700/5,200 rpm. In the Ukrainian market, only a six-speed dual-clutch DSG robotic box is available as a transmission.
