Volkswagen Polo sedan - one of the leaders in the segment of the so-called "budget sedans" since the appearance of the model in 2011 on the Ukrainian market. From a hatchback Volkswagen Polo the sedan built on its basis is distinguished by an extended wheelbase, which made it possible to significantly increase the space for rear passengers and the useful volume of the trunk - up to 460 liters. The ground clearance of the sedan is 170 millimeters.

The only 1.6-liter petrol 16-valve engine is offered as a power plant for the Volkswagen Polo sedan. Motor power is 105 hp, maximum torque is 153 Nm. The engine can be paired with a five-speed “mechanics” or a six-speed Tiptronic automatic. Depending on the transmission, fuel consumption per hundred kilometers in the combined cycle is 6.5 or 7 liters. From 0 to 100 km / h, a car with a manual gearbox accelerates in 10.5 seconds, and with an automatic - in 12.1 seconds.

The car is offered in three trim levels - Trendline, Comfortline and Highline. The top-end Highline Volkswagen Polo sedan stands out with chrome exterior and interior details, and is also equipped with air conditioning, a multimedia system with four speakers and the ability to connect an iPod and other external devices via a USB connector. Electronic Stability Program (ESP) is available as an option.

Volkswagen Polo sedan is produced on the assembly line of the Russian Volkswagen plant in Kaluga.
